Sunrise offers this 3 1/8 Thermal Paper in the sing-phase construction. It is high-quality thermal papers manufactured to cater to the businesses' needs. The paper gives good prints for receipts and tickets.
The papers are available in sizes 3 1/8x200, 3 1/8x220 and 3 1/8x230. Other sizes include a 2 1/4 and some custom-made sizes. Widths and depths can vary from 57mm*30mm to 80mm*80mm.
Three core types for specific applications are available. Plastic cores come in specifications of 13mm*17mm to 15mm by 19mm dimensions. Paper cores vary from 13mm by 19mm to 20mm by 26mm. Black honeycomb cores have sizes in 11mm by 21mm and 13mm by 23mm.
The paper weighs between 42 GSM to 80 GSM, whereas images can be visible for five years. Brightness is at least 90%. Humidity is at 6.5% +/-1%.
This smoothness goes beyond 350S and below 2.0 μm roughness. Tensile strength is above 2.5kN/m, while tear strength measures over 200mN. All barcodes print at Grade A readability.
We offer OEM, neutral and shrink packaging. Gold paper packaging is also available as well as colored bags. Delivery is between 7-15 -working days after confirmation of the order.
